- Establish new shopper insights capabilities across markets
- Collaborate with Sales Excellence Global Lead to define shopper insights network
- Identify candidates within local teams for shopper insights roles
- Champion 3-year global shopper insights roadmap
- Align shopper insights with global category, sales, and sales excellence
- Embed shopper-centric thinking into core ways of working
- Co-develop tools and frameworks for customer engagement
- Deploy standard tools and methodologies for best practices
- Build training programs and toolkits for shopper insights
- Lead and inspire local Shopper Insights Managers/Experts
- Establish meta-learnings and best practices
- Act as Shopper Insights lead at Schwartau location
- Design and deliver shopper research and insights
- Oversee global and local research programs
- Translate insights into compelling narratives for stakeholders
- Influence retail partners during strategic moments
- Embed shopper insights into brand plans and innovation roadmaps
- Support category vision with fact-based shopper narratives
- Monitor global shopper, retail, and food category trends
- Champion innovation in research methods
