- Ensure efficient and timely shipment processing

- Prepare shipping documents
- Work closely with internal teams and external service providers
- Handle operational stock take activities
- Maintain stock records
- Perform system-based order picking for shipments
- Process outgoing goods
- Prepare and request necessary documents
- Arrange and monitor standard and express shipments
- Coordinate with customer and in-house carriers
- Send inspection reports to recipients
- Prepare packing instructions
- Coordinate shipping matters with scheduling
- Coordinate goods movements in SAP with logistics service provider
- Support flexible single-shift transport tasks
- Review and implement stock take adjustments and scrap postings
- Support and prepare annual and quarterly stock takes
- Support and prepare contract worker stock takes
- Support and prepare other required corporate stock takes
- Further develop internal stock take processes
- Distribute necessary stock take documents within the company
