- Translate support strategies into actionable concepts
- Derive system requirements and technology needs
- Forge partnerships with ILS experts and specialists
- Leverage expert consultation to establish ILS baseline
- Prepare and release critical ILS deliverables
- Represent the function in stakeholder meetings
- Collaborate with TAS PMT specialists
- Secure timely provision of processes, methods, and tools
