Anforderungen
- Degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering, or comparable technical discipline with relevant aviation experience
- Solid experience in Aviation Safety within SMS role
- Strong knowledge of ICAO, EASA, (D)EMAR, or other aviation safety regulations
- Experience in safety risk management, audits, and investigations
- Experience managing relationships with aviation authorities and regulatory bodies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Relevant aviation safety certifications (e.g., SMS Implementer, Safety Auditor) are a plus
- German language proficiency (native)
- High level of English proficiency
- Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to act with integrity

- Develop, implement, and maintain the organization's SMS
- Facilitate the risk management process
- Foster a positive safety culture
- Ensure compliance with aviation safety regulations
- Maintain and update safety documentation
- Review amendments for compliance
- Plan staff safety training
- Liaise with regulatory authorities and stakeholders
- Maintain and manage safety data and records
