- Engaging and aligning stakeholders in complex matrix organizations
- Translating global strategy into regional commercial plans
- Solid background in electrical installation/UPS-systems/batteries
- Demonstrable technical credibility
- Deep understanding of industry regulations
- Deep understanding of customer buying behaviors
- Deep understanding of global market dynamics
- Leveraging SAP and modern digital tools
- Improving pipeline visibility and forecasting accuracy
- Developing customer-centric solutions
- Fluent in English
Aufgaben
- Lead the Service organization for ABB’s Critical Power Business Line
- Ensure strong business performance and strategic execution
- Report to the Sales, Service, and Project Execution Leader Switzerland
- Accelerate market growth and deepen customer partnerships
- Ensure high-quality execution across service operations
- Implement the Service strategy as part of the local management team
- Collaborate with other businesses and hubs to ensure consistent plan implementation
- Oversee project delivery, ensuring on-time, on-cost, and high-quality execution
- Work with Sales and Project Management to achieve operational excellence
- Coach and mentor Critical Power regional service leaders
- Collaborate with other ABB business lines and divisions
- Maintain health and safety standards for the local Service team
- Enforce a culture of service safety and integrity
