Anforderungen
- Degree in business administration, engineering, or equivalent
- Technical, logistical, or line maintenance knowledge and experience
- Customer focus and self-motivation
- Proven customer services or operational experience
- Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, decision-making, and program management experience in high-pressure environment
- Good product and service knowledge with ability to manage diverse teams/solutions
- Ability to communicate at all organizational levels, with commercial appreciation
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Desirable German language skills
- Previous experience in a 24/7 operations environment
Aufgaben
- Resolve urgent operational issues to avoid aircraft service disruption
- Lead and supervise team members in customer support
- Task various functions to deliver real-time solutions
- Minimize operational impact to the flying fleet
- Deliver technical, logistical, and manpower solutions
- Ensure engine serviceability to meet operational needs
- Monitor and report on performance to restore service
- Identify new problems impacting the Fleet Operational Plan
- Develop efficient processes and tools for issue resolution
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers
- Provide consistent after-hours support (24/7/365)
- Report significant events to stakeholders
- Update status until service restoration is completed
