- Strong data analysis and process modelling skills
- Knowledge of validation, testing frameworks, and QA principles
- SAP HANA or QA/validation certification
- ERP implementation experience
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory frameworks
Aufgaben
- Lead validation projects from initiation to completion
- Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Monitor metrics and report progress to senior management
- Develop validation strategies for SAP HANA environments
- Implement testing methodologies for SAP HANA systems
- Stay updated on system updates and industry developments
- Oversee validation specialists and quality assurance professionals
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and induction on best practices
- Analyze system configurations, data integrity, and process flows
- Conduct root cause analysis on validation failures
- Implement corrective actions for identified gaps
- Collaborate with IT and stakeholders on validation requirements
- Define validation requirements and acceptance criteria
- Maintain comprehensive validation documentation and test cases
- Manage audit trails in compliance with regulatory standards
