- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated project management capability
- Fluency in English; German proficiency is a strong plus
Aufgaben
- Manage global tax compliance across jurisdictions
- Ensure timely and accurate VAT and corporate tax filings
- Maintain consistent documentation standards
- Lead relationships with external advisors and tax authorities
- Coordinate responses for audits and regulatory queries
- Manage complex compliance matters to mitigate risk
- Partner with R&D, Legal, and FP&A to integrate tax logic
- Provide proactive tax guidance for market entries and product launches
- Consider tax implications in strategic discussions
- Define and govern tax data requirements
- Ensure tax-relevant data pipelines are accurate and complete
- Collaborate on intercompany structuring and transfer pricing documentation
- Budget for tax liabilities and engage in long-term tax planning
- Educate internal teams on tax awareness
- Promote understanding of tax-sensitive areas across departments
