Aufgaben
- Take ownership of the entire recruitment process
- Source, interview, and hire top talent
- Ensure an exceptional candidate experience
- Act as a strategic partner to the People & Culture Lead and hiring managers
- Align recruitment efforts with company goals and culture
- Leverage Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn to identify candidates
- Engage high-quality candidates proactively
- Deliver clear and timely communication to candidates
- Track and report key hiring metrics
- Optimize hiring performance to support business goals
- Drive initiatives to strengthen the employer brand
- Streamline hiring processes
- Enable interviewers through training and best practices
