Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist(m/w/x)
Full-cycle recruitment for specialist, management, and senior roles in thermal solutions for data centers and hydrogen production. 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, with IT/Finance recruiting, required. Flexible work approach, career development opportunities.
Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Proven talent acquisition experience, minimum 5 years in search, agency, or in house
- Passion for dynamic recruitment, substantial time in house
- Previous experience within search would be beneficial
- Proven experience recruiting for IT and/or Finance roles
- Experience recruiting across several EMEA markets ideally
- Experience working across EMEA region
- Understanding of regional talent markets
- Solid understanding of typical profiles in IT, Digital, Finance, Controlling, Accounting or Corporate Functions
- Deep knowledge of sourcing strategies
- Solid understanding of recruitment best practices
- Suitability diagnostics and structured candidate assessment methods
- Excellent communication skills
- Confidence to interact with candidates, colleagues, Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders
- Prior experience in manufacturing or products-based industry highly desirable
- Experience with ATS systems, e.g. SuccessFactors
- Experience with sourcing platform LinkedIn Recruiter
- Fluent English, written and spoken
- Additional European languages are a strong asset
- Organised, adaptable, and proactive approach to talent acquisition
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Passion for delivering best-in-class candidate experience
- Passion for continuously improving hiring strategies
- Ability to document and present updates, market insights and candidate information with clarity, precision and flair

- Lead full-cycle recruitment for specialist, management, and senior roles
- Build relationships with Hiring Managers to understand business needs
- Develop talent pools through proactive searching and sourcing
- Create and use innovative solutions to fill niche and senior roles
- Manage candidate process from engagement to onboarding
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws
- Secure talent fitting company culture and business needs
- Support local HR colleagues with recruitment and market insights
- Research market conditions and competitor activity
- Collaborate with Marketing on recruitment branding and social media
- Enhance employee value proposition and go-to-market strategy
- Drive referrals program and networking events
- Maintain accurate records of research and intelligence
