- In-depth knowledge of integrated ERP (SAP) systems in Planning & Production; additional experience in other areas is a plus
- Experience in large-scale business transformations, ERP programs, and integration of third-party systems (MES PAS-X or APS preferred)
- Pharmaceutical industry background with GxP and SOX regulations familiarity
- Proven expertise in ERP system implementations
- Fluency in German and English
Aufgaben
- Define strategic direction for ERP (SAP) Products
- Plan and deploy ERP (SAP) solutions for Planning & Production
- Design technical solution architecture
- Align business requirements with Global Process Owner and Domain System Architect
- Consult business on process design and requirement definition
- Manage application lifecycle and changes
- Ensure compliance with cross-functional teams and external partners
- Lead governance processes
- Prioritize business needs, technical organizations, and interface partners
- Drive IT transformation projects
- Lead (sub) work streams in collaboration with business leads
