- Good understanding of core SAP S/4 E2E processes and their integration with FI and CO
- Good understanding of Financial and SOX compliance requirements
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills in cross-functional teams
- Ability to manage projects to implement integrated solutions
- Experience of working in large-scale business transformations and ERP programs
- Fluency in English language, German language is a plus
Aufgaben
- Develop and execute the strategic roadmap for ERP Finance and Controlling systems
- Design and coordinate the implementation of technical solutions for optimal functionality and integration
- Drive alignment with cross-functional business objectives
- Ensure smooth operational integration
- Manage and support changes, business projects, and roll-out projects from planning to execution
- Drive innovation and introduce new features to meet business targets
- Collaborate with process owners, ERP Applications leadership, program teams, and external partners
