- Experience in cybersecurity governance, assurance, risk management, or compliance
- Understanding of structured assurance and Security Case creation
- Knowledge of ISO/SAE 21434, NIST-based processes, and UN ECE R155
- Confidence in documentation, process governance, and compliance management
- Experience maturing security processes in complex organizations
- Familiarity with security testing and vulnerability management
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Business-level fluency in English
- Excitement about the role and MOIA’s mission
Aufgaben
- Define the security scope and expectations for the SoS and subsystems
- Govern and improve the SoS cybersecurity process landscape
- Coordinate the planning and execution of all security activities
- Create and communicate SoS Security Status Reports to stakeholders
- Compile security documentation into a coherent SoS Security Case
- Document risk acceptance decisions and ensure lifecycle-wide traceability
- Align security activities across teams to eliminate gaps
- Advise project teams and represent security in governance forums
