- University degree (Master preferred) in business, law, sustainability, environmental sciences, public policy, international relations, or communication
- At least 3 years relevant professional experience in sustainability certification, regulatory affairs, stakeholder management, communication, or CSR
- Proven experience managing complex projects and developing practical solutions for diverse stakeholders
- Strong understanding of sustainability certification systems, supply chains, and regulatory frameworks

- Very good copywriting skills and ability to communicate complex topics clearly

- Excellent English language skills (at least C1, written and spoken)
Aufgaben
- Serve as primary point of contact for global brand owners
- Provide expert guidance on ISCC certification and licensing
- Maintain strong relationships with relevant stakeholders
- Deliver high-quality trainings and presentations on ISCC LCL
- Contribute to the overall strategy of the LCL team
- Monitor legislative developments and adapt ISCC practices
- Translate regulatory changes into practical claims frameworks
- Develop and implement procedures to enhance ISCC claims integrity
- Prevent misuse of ISCC communications across all channels
- Secure relevant trademark registrations for brand protection
- Lead market research studies and translate findings into recommendations
- Mentor team members on strategic thinking and project management
- Define and track KPIs, delivering evidence-based improvements
- Maintain high content quality standards for LCL team documents
- Represent the ISCC LCL team professionally at external events
