- Experience with sustainability certification, labels and/or relevant EU and/or Member State legislation
- Solid experience in project management in international context + extensive experience in high-level customer support

- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Excellent mediation skills
- Excellent (C1 – C2) English language skills (written and spoken)

- Excellent understanding of certification systems for bio-based fuels/low carbon fuels
- Excellent knowledge of ISCC EU certification scheme
Aufgaben
- Maintain efficient integrity program management
- Optimize integrity management processes
- Continuously develop integrity program
- Identify focus areas for process improvement
- Align with ISCC's strategic goals
- Engage with stakeholders on market developments
- Establish and maintain governmental relations
- Lead investigations of non-conformities
- Handle whistleblower reports and complaints
- Evaluate incoming non-conformity information
- Communicate sanctions to certified entities
- Monitor certification body performance
- Discuss integrity cases with departments
- Document in internal database
- Draft and update system documents
- Conduct legal checks on documents
- Participate in integrity-related projects
- Represent ISCC at external events
- Attend certification body meetings
- Witness audits as auditor
- Present ISCC trainings
- Train new staff members
- Contribute to continuous improvement
