Anforderungen
- University degree
- Degree in event/project management, business administration, educational technology, communications, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 4 years professional experience
- Experience in business events, digital/adult education, corporate learning, or e-learning
- At least 1 year leadership/strategic role experience
- Proven track record managing digital learning projects (ideally international/sustainability context)
- Hands-on experience planning/delivering online formats (e.g., training courses)
- Coordination of technical setups (e.g. AV)
- Proficiency with digital platforms, databases, and tools (LMS, Articulate Rise, Zoom, Slido, Jira, Confluence)
- Proficiency with content creation and editing tools (Canva, WordPress, Publitas or similar)
- Good understanding of broadcasting and video production processes
- Ability to guide and oversee e-learning content development
- Knowledge of BPMN (advantageous)
- Solid IT skills
- Proficiency with Mac and MS Office (Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook)
- Strong general affinity for digital systems
- Excellent English language skills
- English C1 level (written and spoken)
Aufgaben
- Own end-to-end lifecycle of digital, blended, and on-demand learning formats
- Develop and implement practical learning concepts for professional adult learners
- Coordinate content creation with subject-matter experts
- Direct implementation of synchronous and asynchronous learning formats
- Identify opportunities for scalability, standardization, and continuous improvement
- Manage and optimize LMS and related learning technologies
- Ensure compliance with ISCC certification requirements, auditor expectations, and internal quality standards
- Translate customer feedback into learning objectives and updated course structures
- Document learning objectives, participation, and evaluation in the LMS
- Ensure reliable delivery of digital courses and online events
- Maintain clear SOPs for digital learning and online event workflows
- Define and monitor KPIs for training impact
- Derive evidence-based improvements from KPIs and user feedback
- Challenge and improve learning architecture, platforms, and learner journeys
- Serve as primary expert for digital learning technologies and pedagogical approaches
- Mentor colleagues and guide quality improvement efforts
