Aufgaben
- Lead strategic sourcing for gas turbines, steam turbines, and gas engines
- Functionally coordinate across RWE business units, regions, and technology areas
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for value creation and savings
- Secure capacity and develop new sourcing channels
- Engage and develop suppliers, fostering innovation
- Manage supplier markets through scouting and qualification
- Develop competitive global supply channels
- Manage supplier relationships actively
- Lead the full sourcing process from analysis to awarding
- Conduct demand and market analysis
- Manage RFI/RFP processes
- Negotiate contracts and award suppliers
- Ensure alignment with RWE procurement policies and processes
- Develop optimized contract templates and commercial frameworks
- Capture synergies and improve efficiency across technologies and business areas
- Act as the procurement and commercial point of contact during project delivery
- Manage supply contracts through execution and close-out
- Implement an effective Lessons Learned process
- Integrate supplier performance insights into future strategies
- Coordinate interfaces with project procurement managers, technology pillars, and category managers
- Coordinate interfaces with finance, engineering, legal, and HSE teams
- Drive cross-functional and cross-border collaboration
- Ensure alignment between OpCo needs, GCD targets, and central procurement processes
