Aufgaben
- Drive end-to-end material flow and planning discipline
- Lead S&OE and S&OP processes for delivery performance and inventory control
- Set operating cadence for customer demand, supply, capacity, and inventory alignment
- Partner with Plant Management, Operations, Customer Service, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and Program Management
- Lead plant supply chain as an end-to-end business process
- Manage full material flow from raw material to final delivery
- Lead demand and supply execution across short- and mid-term horizons
- Govern SAP/ERP planning processes, master scheduling, and data integrity
- Lead daily S&OE execution to protect production flow and material availability
- Lead weekly S&OE to align the next 12-16 week rolling outlook
- Lead monthly S&OP inputs for the 12-month horizon
- Use scenario planning for fast and fact-based decisions
- Protect customer delivery performance by driving OTD, backlog, and past due reduction
- Synchronize daily output and shipment execution with customer priorities
- Drive proactive communication on supply risks and recovery timing
- Lead critical customer alignment meetings for demand volatility and service risks
- Manage inventory value and DOH versus target
- Identify abnormal stock builds and lead action plans to close gaps
- Drive inventory accuracy through cycle count and variance analysis
- Ensure reliable inventory connected to customer priorities and shipment plans
- Monitor supplier deliveries, shortages, and quality issues
- Drive corrective actions with Procurement, Logistics, and suppliers
- Control PF usage and transportation execution
- Run disciplined performance cadence through Daily Management and Tier Meetings
- Track production plan attainment, schedule adherence, and shipment execution
- Translate KPI deviations into clear and actionable action plans
- Role model and accelerate P3 Operating Standard maturity
- Deploy and sustain supply chain standard work and best practices
- Simplify supply chain processes and support Lean transformation
- Lead, coach, and develop the plant supply chain team
- Work closely with Plant Managers, Operations, Sales, Customer Service, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and Program Management
- Support product launches and phase-outs by anticipating risks
