Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in structured finance, ABS, securitization, or related field
- Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau) and financial modeling in Excel
- Solid understanding of ABS structures, investor reporting requirements, and regulatory frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in English; German and/or Italian is a plus
Aufgaben
- Support extensions and upsizing of asset-backed securitization programs
- Assist with onboarding new jurisdictions for ABS facilities
- Facilitate new public market transactions
- Lead initiatives to automate ABS processes
- Optimize processes to reduce manual workload
- Collaborate with rating agencies and partner banks
- Engage with external law firms and service providers
- Work closely with internal stakeholders in Accounting and Cash Management
- Coordinate with Legal, Tax, Risk, Technology, and FP&A teams
