In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing asset-backed securitization programs, collaborating with various stakeholders to streamline processes and support new market transactions, all while enjoying a balanced work life.

Anforderungen

• •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or related field
• •Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in structured finance, ABS, securitization, or related field
• •Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Power BI, Tableau) and financial modeling in Excel
• •Solid understanding of ABS structures, investor reporting requirements, and regulatory frameworks
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• •Fluency in English; German and/or Italian is a plus

Aufgaben

• •Support asset-backed securitization program extensions and upsizing
• •Assist in onboarding new jurisdictions for ABS facilities
• •Facilitate new public market transactions
• •Lead initiatives to automate ABS processes
• •Optimize processes to reduce manual workload
• •Collaborate with rating agencies and partner banks
• •Engage with external law firms and corporate service providers
• •Coordinate with internal stakeholders in Accounting and Cash Management
• •Ensure smooth operations with Legal, Tax, and Risk teams
• •Work with Technology and Financial Systems, and FP&A
