Aufgaben
- Manage regional commodities and monitor spend
- Collaborate with HQ, Country CEOs, Cluster Purchasing Managers, Plant Directors, R&D, and Logistics
- Report to the Functional Director EU
- Lead and develop one buyer
- Set commodity strategy for cost competitiveness and sustainable sourcing
- Negotiate and lead sourcing and improvement projects
- Integrate local needs into regional strategy and negotiations
- Inform countries and stakeholders about trends and potential impacts
- Manage future pricing of materials
- Ensure compliance with purchasing processes
- Handle daily metal management and hedging activities
