- Support site teams in executing contracts effectively
- Review and interpret operational contract sub-clauses
- Manage commercial execution and compliance of contracts
- Report on contract status and deliverables
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Provide proactive advice to minimize cost and time risks
- Lead negotiations on claims and contract variations
- Prepare commercial communications and variation agreements
- Provide insights on commercial risks for emerging projects
- Collect lessons learned and propose mitigation actions
- Ensure adherence to best practices and internal processes
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to protect project interests
