- Own products and services end-to-end
- Architect solutions to turn risk into a product
- Collaborate in a dynamic, autonomous environment
- Define boundaries in transaction monitoring and financial risk exposure
- Contribute to team culture and ways of working
- Use agile methodologies and pair programming
- Leverage the latest technologies to solve customer problems
- Ensure security compliance (GDPR)
- Participate in on-call rotation
- Share knowledge and build creative solutions
- Help evolve best practices
