- 5+ years of experience in high-reliability embedded or spaceflight software
- Experience with embedded RTOS and Embedded Linux/POSIX programming environments
- Skilled in structured problem-solving, technical communication, collaborative environments
- Experience with space payload software development
- Experience with ECSS standards
- Experience with NASA cFS or similar frameworks
Aufgaben
- Drive the development and integration of onboard payload software
- Translate mission and customer needs into technical specifications
- Identify risks early in the design process
- Take ownership of the software lifecycle, including requirements, architecture, coding, verification, and validation
- Serve as a technical point of contact for customers and suppliers
- Structure and track project activities with defined work packages
- Produce concise technical deliverables and review materials for project milestones
- Contribute to and lead technical reviews
- Support integration and testing phases across subsystems and payloads
- Coordinate daily work with the team and monitor progress
- Surface critical blockers to leadership
