- Experience with Data Platform solutions and high-performance systems (advantageous)
- Collaborative mindset, active contribution to discussions, openness to feedback, positive force for change
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills
- Passion for energy transition and positive impact
- Agile and Lean mindset (MVPs, user testing, evolving solutions)
