- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
- Strong C# skills
- Strong experience with WPF or Avalonia, and MVVM pattern
- Solid understanding of design patterns and clean code principles
- Experience with code testing (unit, integration, and beyond)
- Experience building industrial-grade desktop applications
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience with robotics, machine vision, computer graphics (OpenGL, Vulkan), or simulation software
- C++ experience

- Deliver robust, maintainable, and well-tested software
- Write and evolve the industrial automation platform
- Improve platform stability, performance, and robustness
- Investigate and resolve complex field issues
- Implement lasting fixes for complex issues
- Partner with product and forward-deployed engineers
- Translate customer needs into engineered solutions
- Review code
- Mentor team members
- Raise the engineering bar across the team
