Aufgaben
- Design, build, and scale backend applications, databases, APIs, and cloud-based solutions
- Lead the design and maintenance of scalable backend services, APIs, databases, and cloud-native applications
- Define and drive integration strategy across tools and data platforms
- Create centralized and scalable solution frameworks to enable business growth and operational efficiency
- Enable seamless data exchange and interoperability across functions and operating companies
- Lead the adoption and advancement of AI-driven automation, analytics, and reporting solutions
- Strengthen data governance and maintain trusted single sources of truth
- Scale and improve existing tools to increase resilience, reduce risk, and maximize business value
- Collaborate with Product Owners, engineers, and subject matter experts to deliver high-impact solutions
- Drive engineering excellence and best practices across design, testing, documentation, and software delivery
- Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and coaching across engineering teams
- Foster best practices and continuous improvement
