- Foster a collaborative, high-performing, and customer-focused HR organization
- Partner with site leadership on all people-related topics
- Drive business performance through HR initiatives
- Lead organizational change, transformation, and restructuring initiatives
- Champion continuous improvement and embed change across the site
- Support leaders in strengthening performance, talent, and succession management
- Lead Works Council and employee representative negotiations
- Build constructive partnerships with employee representatives
- Own the HR operational agenda for the assigned site area
- Manage headcount planning and personnel cost budgeting
- Monitor workforce-related KPIs
- Provide expert guidance on labor law and employee relations
- Advise leaders on complex people matters
- Ensure compliant, efficient, and high-quality HR operational processes
- Collaborate with HR Services, Compensation & Benefits, and EATA
- Use people data and insights to improve engagement and retention
- Use people data and insights to improve organizational effectiveness
