Senior Shopper & Marketing Manager(m/w/x)
Developing and executing shopper marketing programs for the #1 protein snack manufacturer, converting brand campaigns into retailer-specific activations. 5+ years FMCG experience in the DACH region required. 30 days annual leave, hybrid work, and bicycle leasing.
Anforderungen
- EU Citizenship and/or valid work permit
- Applications submitted in English
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in BA, Sales, Marketing or similar
- At least 5 years relevant work experience in FMCG, Food & Beverage, Retail or similar
- Knowledge and/or work experience with retail partners in DACH region
- Project management skills for simultaneous cross-functional projects
- Stakeholder management and relationship building skills
- Strong analytical mindset with agility and drive for results
- Ability to build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions
- Ability to develop and deliver multi-mode communications
- Ability to analyze and clarify complex, ambiguous situations
- Application of market and organizational knowledge to decisions
- Fluency in German
- Fluency in English
Aufgaben
- Lead development and execution of Shopper and Trade Marketing programs
- Strengthen brand presence across all channels to grow sales
- Connect Brand, Sales, and Category strategies into customer-facing activation plans
- Convert brand campaigns into retailer-specific activation plans and POS standards
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery of shopper activations
- Work closely with internal teams for POS production and deployment
- Collaborate with external retail partners and POS agencies
- Build strong partnerships with key customers and media agencies
- Ensure alignment with brand and sales objectives
- Generate and interpret shopper data
- Translate insights into actionable strategies
- Track campaign performance
- Share learnings internally
- Continuously improve future activation planning
- Own shopper marketing budgets
- Recommend allocation of spend across brands, customers, and channels
- Base recommendations on strategic importance, growth potential, capability to execute, and expected return
