- Manage German retail customers strategically and operationally
- Execute annual customer plans for national goals
- Drive sales performance, profitability, and market share
- Lead central-level annual negotiations independently
- Participate in international Everest negotiations
- Identify business opportunities using 4P analysis
- Coordinate daily with internal cross-functional teams
- Report proactively on performance, risks, and opportunities
- Oversee data quality and strategic customer insights
