Anforderungen
- Experience at high-growth startup or scaleup
- Proven excellence in Product Security or Application Security
- Production software engineering experience (code read/review/write)
- Cloud security (GCP/AWS, IAM, VPC, Secret(s) Manager, Cloud Run/GKE/Fargate, Security Command Center/Security Hub) and Terraform familiarity
- AppSec tooling (SAST, SCA, secret scanning, supply-chain)
- Threat modeling with engineering teams
- Procuring and managing security vendors (pentest firms, bug bounty platforms)
- AI-assisted security proficiency (effective and responsible use)
- Strong communication and influencing skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize
Aufgaben
- Design and run secure systems and processes
- Build and maintain secure product development practices
- Create secure-by-default templates and libraries
- Implement SAST, DAST, and secrets scanning
- Manage dependency hygiene
- Threat model and review product designs
- Integrate threat modeling results into secure practices
- Select and manage AppSec tooling vendors
- Onboard and operate pentest vendors
- Manage bug bounty platforms
- Co-own vulnerability response
- Participate in bug bounty triage
