- Proven expertise in threat modeling, secure architecture design, and cryptographic protocols

- Hands-on experience implementing security in a DevOps environment
- Hands-on experience with secure software development
- Hands-on experience with threat modeling
- Hands-on experience with security reviews
- Hands-on experience with vulnerability management
- Very good understanding of modern environments (web, backend, mobile, APIs, cloud, containers, CI/CD)
- Hands-on experience supporting developers on secure coding practices
- Hands-on experience training developers on secure coding practices
- Hands-on experience supporting developers on application security best practices
- Hands-on experience training developers on application security best practices
- Pragmatic work with engineering teams
- Ability to explain security risks clearly and actionably
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
