- Proactive pipeline building experience (outbound, account-based outreach, events, partnerships, referrals)
- Selling complex, high-trust offerings experience
- Strong account management skills
- Effective work with diverse stakeholder groups
- Full sales funnel management experience
- Confidence handling six-figure deals
- Strong CRM discipline
- Enterprise sales methodologies knowledge (MEDDPICC preferred)
- Ability to run structured pipeline reviews
- Experience drafting, tailoring, optimising presentations and materials
- Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace or comparable tools
- Collaborative, people-oriented mindset
- Enjoyment of working closely with colleagues

- Bring carbon credits to market
- Own and grow a high-value B2B sales pipeline
- Research and structure outbound sales approaches
- Engage qualified and new market segments
- Review and optimize sales reporting
- Lead discovery conversations to understand client needs
- Present Klim as a strategic solution provider
- Guide prospects through pricing discussions
- Discuss risk considerations and close contracts
- Collaborate with finance, certification, product, marketing, and customer success teams
- Ensure seamless handovers and strong client outcomes
- Track and monitor key sales metrics
- Maintain CRM diligently
- Track market trends independently
- Gather client feedback proactively
- Optimize individual and team sales performance
- Stay informed about carbon market developments
- Represent Klim at industry events
- Generate new leads through networking
