Anforderungen

  • Business-ready German (C1) and English fluency
  • Based in or near Berlin
  • At least three years quota-carrying B2B new business experience
  • Proactive pipeline building experience (outbound, account-based outreach, events, partnerships, referrals)
  • Selling complex, high-trust offerings experience
  • Strong account management skills
  • Effective work with diverse stakeholder groups
  • Full sales funnel management experience
  • Confidence handling six-figure deals
  • Strong CRM discipline
  • Enterprise sales methodologies knowledge (MEDDPICC preferred)
  • Ability to run structured pipeline reviews
  • Experience drafting, tailoring, optimising presentations and materials
  • Advanced proficiency with Google Workspace or comparable tools
  • Collaborative, people-oriented mindset
  • Enjoyment of working closely with colleagues
  • Contribution to positive, mission-driven culture
  • Motivation to contribute to Klim’s mission
  • Belief in commercial excellence for real-world impact
  • Experience in carbon markets and environmental policy (plus)

  • Guide prospects through pricing discussions
  • Discuss risk considerations and close contracts
  • Collaborate with finance, certification, product, marketing, and customer success teams
  • Ensure seamless handovers and strong client outcomes
  • Track and monitor key sales metrics
  • Maintain CRM diligently
  • Track market trends independently
  • Gather client feedback proactively
  • Optimize individual and team sales performance
  • Stay informed about carbon market developments
  • Represent Klim at industry events
  • Generate new leads through networking
