Anforderungen
- •Maximum of 15 years in sales roles
- •3+ years in sales leadership role(s) in a data-driven environment
- •Active management of $10M in revenue
- •Experience in developing and deploying go-to-market strategies and systems
- •Fluency in English
- •Fluency in another major European language (German, French, Italian, Spanish)

- •Lead and manage the Direct Sales team of approximately 10 FTEs
- •Achieve target bookings growth in the EMEA region
- •Enhance Sales Rep activity, effectiveness, and efficiency
- •Coach Sales Reps to improve customer interaction quality and speed
- •Hire and onboard new team members
- •Collaborate with Sales teams to share best practices and align efforts
- •Work cross-functionally with revenue operations, sales engineering, marketing, people operations, and IT
- •Partner with service and product teams to guide post-sales service operations and product roadmap
- •Attend trade shows and engage in customer events
- •Foster a competitive and winning culture by leading by example
