Senior Sales Engineer - Cybersecurity Enterprise Accounts(m/w/x)

Anforderungen
- •Proven hands-on experience in a customer facing role as a Sales/Systems Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Security Engineer or senior level product support, preferably in the cyber-security industry
- •Proven experience in secure messaging, data security, network security, endpoint, NOC/SOC or MSP-related cybersecurity
- •Track record developing and maintaining customer relationships with large (Enterprise) clients/organizations
- •Excellent communication skills and comfortable presenting to individuals and/or teams including technical staff and C-suite executives
- •Ability to work independently, adapt quickly and maintain a positive attitude
- •Exposure to enterprise email solutions such as Exchange, G-Suite, Lotus Domino, O365 or working knowledge of SMTP
- •Knowledge of email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
- •Knowledge of Advanced Persistent Threats (APT) Protection
- •Experience in IT security, vulnerability or risk assessments, and policy enforcement
- •Knowledge of Data Loss Prevention (DLP), compliance and data privacy
- •Knowledge of cloud security and shadow IT
- •Fluency in English and local regional language
- •Experience in a sales team or desire to take career in that direction, enthusiasm for cyber-security and related security standards and frameworks like ISO, NIST and MITRE
- •Interest in staying on top of the fast-changing threat landscape and helping to educate and protect customers and prospects
- •Strong knowledge of underlying protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP, DNS, SMTP

- •Act as the Technical Sales Lead during the pre-sales process
- •Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted account penetration strategies
- •Design and promote complex People-Centric Security solutions
- •Provide customer insights to Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering teams
- •Present at industry seminars and trade shows as needed
- •Become an expert in Email Security and the threat landscape
- •Develop and deliver compelling presentations to engage customers
- •Conduct onsite product demonstrations and threat assessments
