Anforderungen

  • Knowledge in military procurement processes

  • Development of acquisition strategy
  • Support of operational planning
  • Knowledge in Salesforce and standard software tools
  • Adherence to Ethics & Compliance regulations
  • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in sales
  • Experience in managing complex tenders
  • Ability to translate customer needs into solutions
  • Good understanding of offer/bid management
  • Flexible working style
  • Creativity and out-of-the-box thinking
  • Team player in international teams
  • German language skills as a native language
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Certification as Sales Professional
  • Security clearance eligibility
  • Awareness of compliance risks
  • Regular business trips required

Aufgaben

  • Build a reliable network and trustworthy relationships across customer organizations and industries
  • Identify new business opportunities leading to contract awards, especially with the German Bundeswehr's special fund
  • Understand the SD portfolio and its related strategy
  • Manage order intake and the acquisition process according to the business plan, involving all necessary stakeholders
  • Lead complex sales campaigns and coordinate all internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to successful proposal writing, including executive summaries and red team reviews
  • Participate actively in contract negotiations
  • Identify industrial partnerships and initiate discussions with necessary internal stakeholders
  • Establish business and capture plans along with dedicated sales strategies
  • Contribute to marketing activities and participate in customer events and exhibitions
