- •Bachelor or Master’s degree from a leading university
- •4-5 years of quota-carrying sales experience in B2B Enterprise segment, ideally in carbon markets or sustainability context
- •Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- •Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- •Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-oriented approach
- •Fluency in English, German is a plus
