Anforderungen
- University degree (Master’s or PhD) in computer science, robotics, electrical engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in robotics or applied ML with production deployments in manipulation or mobile robotics
- Deep expertise in foundation models, multimodal, reasoning and vision-language-action models, diffusion models, and modern finetuning methods
- Strong programming skills in Python and C++ and experience with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or JAX, CUDA)
- Hands-on experience with industrial or research robots and simulators (e.g., ROS 2, Isaac Sim, MuJoCo); knowledge of kinematics, motion planning, and control
- Publications, patents, or open-source contributions are a plus
Aufgaben
- Create advanced AI approaches for general-purpose robotics
- Train, finetune, evaluate, and deploy vision-language-action models
- Build scalable data and training pipelines for robot fleets
- Integrate models into robotic systems using ROS 2
- Define and enforce performance, safety, and security standards
- Monitor for latency, drift, bias, and hallucinations
- Collaborate with platform, data, and production teams
- Guide and develop engineers and researchers
