In this role, you will lead complex AI initiatives, encompassing project management and system design, while collaborating with various teams and guiding strategic decisions. Your efforts will drive innovation and foster a culture of empowerment within the organization.

Anforderungen

• •University degree (Master's or PhD) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics, Physics or comparable field
• •At least 5 years of practical experience in software development with Python
• •At least 3 years of experience in implementing and industrializing AI solutions, including at least one major open-source framework (e.g. LangChain, Pytorch)
• •Strong methodological expertise in at least two of the following areas: Generative AI, Computer Vision, Natural Language Processing, MLOps or platform development
• •Hands-on experience in data engineering, including building and managing database systems and data pipelines
• •Practical experience in cloud and infrastructure engineering using AWS or Azure, as well as GitOps practices in production environments
• •Strong proficiency in software development best practices such as clean code principles, object-oriented programming, DevOps and testing
