Aufgaben

• •Produce internal and external Group risk reports
• •Focus on strategic, financial, and insurance risks
• •Support ORSA activities including scenario selection and analysis
• •Manage stakeholders across first and second lines
• •Assist with Group Recovery Plan and management action assessments
• •Collaborate with regional teams on quarterly risk reports
• •Prepare annual risk reviews and financial condition reports
• •Monitor Group strategic total risk profiling
• •Update risk appetite and tolerance statements
• •Design ad-hoc risk scenarios on demand
• •Conduct risk assessments with various Group functions
• •Challenge control deficiencies and remediation initiatives
• •Perform deep dive reviews and financial plan assessments
• •Enhance and simplify risk management practices
• •Provide training on non-financial risk matters
• •Ensure risk management tools remain fit for purpose
• •Draft risk policies and governance documents
• •Develop non-financial risk management processes
• •Monitor and assess the impact of regulatory requirements
