As the Head of Risk, you will shape the global risk management framework while identifying and managing market risks. This role involves collaborating with senior management, building a skilled team, and ensuring a consistent risk culture across the organization.

Anforderungen

• •5-10 years experience in Risk Management within financial services
• •Experience with relevant asset classes and products
• •Understanding and experience of implementing risk management frameworks
• •Experience hiring for and building a risk team
• •Proficiency in German and English communication
• •Experience in and/or exposure to Finma regulated asset managers

Aufgaben

• •Develop and implement a global risk management framework
• •Identify and manage market risks within risk appetite
• •Define risk appetite and tolerance thresholds with senior management
• •Build and manage a team of risk management experts
• •Act as a trusted advisor to senior management
• •Establish policies and governance structures for risk culture
• •Perform stress tests and scenario analysis on portfolios
• •Lead testing and onboarding of new risk technologies
