In this role, you will provide essential financial leadership while guiding a dynamic Finance team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve ensuring accurate reporting, managing compliance, and driving improvements to support growth and international expansion.

Anforderungen

• •Strong business acumen and ability to translate complex products into financial insights
• •Proven senior finance leadership experience in international SME or industrial/tech environment
• •Hands-on, pragmatic mindset for operational finance and strategic initiatives
• •Solid expertise in accounting and controlling (CH GAAP FER or equivalent)
• •Experience with ERP finance processes and digitalization; Odoo experience is a plus
• •Strong background in internal controls, compliance, and risk management
• •Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• •Fluency in German and English with strong analytical capabilities

Aufgaben

• •Act as Process Owner for finance and controlling
• •Drive digitalization and ERP improvements
• •Establish a strong internal control framework
• •Manage intercompany processes and transfer pricing
• •Ensure alignment with auditors and group requirements
• •Lead budgeting and forecasting efforts
• •Conduct financial analysis and project costing
• •Oversee tax compliance and corporate filings
• •Manage relationships with auditors and tax authorities
• •Act as Compliance Officer for financial operations
• •Define and maintain financial policies and best practices
