Anforderungen
- •3+ years in analytical Revenue Operations, Growth Analytics or similar role
- •Experience improving funnels and conversion end-to-end
- •Strong analytical skills in SQL, Excel, BI tools and BigQuery
- •Hands-on CRM experience in HubSpot or similar
- •Experience using automation tools like n8n
- •Deep understanding of KPIs, attribution logic and cohort analysis
- •Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate insights
- •Fluency in English; German or French advantageous
- •Drive to create real business impact
- •Structured thinker and strong cross-functional communicator
- •Energy for complexity and ownership
- •Ability to turn messy datasets into insights
