Anforderungen

• •PhD, Master’s, or equivalent industry experience
• •Deep practical experience in Python
• •Experience with PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow
• •History of leading self-directed research projects
• •Experience in LLM, NMT, or Voice/Audio
• •Experience scaling deep learning models
• •High proficiency in English
• •Ownership of technical tasks and autonomy

Aufgaben

• •Design and deploy state-of-the-art AI models
• •Train neural networks on dedicated GPU clusters
• •Optimize models for low-latency production environments
• •Manage the full research lifecycle from prototyping to deployment
• •Conduct theoretical modeling and ablation studies
• •Collaborate with ML Platform, HPC, and DevOps teams
• •Integrate research into high-scale infrastructure
• •Lead initiatives to improve neural network mathematical understanding
• •Ensure scientific reproducibility and high standards
• •Participate in shared on-call rotations for service reliability
