You will push the boundaries of AI by designing and scaling advanced models on GPU clusters, taking full ownership of the research lifecycle to deliver high-performance solutions to millions of users.

Anforderungen

• •PhD, Master’s, or equivalent industry experience
• •Deep practical experience in Python and PyTorch, JAX, or TensorFlow
• •History of leading self-directed research projects
• •Specialized experience in LLM, NMT, or Voice/Audio modalities (beneficial)
• •Experience scaling and shipping deep learning models (plus)
• •High proficiency in English
• •Ownership over technical tasks and autonomy

Aufgaben

• •Design and deploy state-of-the-art AI models
• •Develop models for translation and large-scale alignment
• •Create multi-modal voice processing systems
• •Train neural networks on dedicated GPU clusters
• •Optimize models for low-latency production environments
• •Manage the full research lifecycle from modeling to deployment
• •Conduct theoretical prototyping and ablation studies
• •Collaborate with ML Platform, HPC, and DevOps teams
• •Integrate research into high-scale infrastructure
• •Lead initiatives to improve neural network understanding
• •Ensure scientific reproducibility and high standards
• •Participate in shared on-call rotations for service reliability
