- Advantageous language skills in relevant countries
- Teamwork, results-oriented, driven, and self-motivated
Aufgaben
- Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements
- Manage sales, lease, and distribution contracts
- Handle terms and conditions for EMEA regions
- Design and implement compliance policies and processes
- Collaborate with UK and regional compliance colleagues
- Close sales transactions in a compliant manner
- Provide pragmatic legal and compliance advice
- Partner with marketing, finance, and HR departments
- Execute legal and compliance-related projects
- Build trusted relationships with business stakeholders
- Influence and implement regional business strategy
- Prepare and conduct legal training programs
- Manage and deliver compliance training programs
- Support the Head of Legal – EMEA
- Travel occasionally to EMEA sales subsidiaries
