- Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies
- Maintain communication with the EMEA Regional Director and headquarters
- Implement and monitor processes for operational excellence
- Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities
- Continuously improve sales and service activities
- Plan and control annual sales and cost budgets
- Provide strong leadership and support team development
- Ensure compliance with company processes, policies, and regulations
