Anforderungen

• •Completed degree or training with a focus on HR, psychology, or business
• •Several years of experience in international recruiting, ideally in the FMCG or scale-up environment
• •Proven success in full-cycle recruiting and talent pipeline management
• •Experience with recruiting systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, active sourcing, and analytics
• •KPI-oriented, quality-focused thinking ('quality of hire' as a measure of success)
• •Strong communication skills in English
• •Empathy, intercultural competence, and strategic thinking

Aufgaben

• •Establish and manage international recruiting in EU and non-European markets
• •Develop a global talent acquisition strategy in collaboration with the Head of Recruiting
• •Implement KPI-based performance recruiting focused on hire quality
• •Collaborate closely with management, HR, and departments for targeted team building
• •Co-design international employer branding initiatives
• •Conduct end-to-end recruiting from needs assessment to onboarding
• •Utilize international networks, job platforms, and partner agencies
• •Build and maintain talent pipelines for key positions
• •Ensure an excellent candidate experience worldwide
• •Support the development of standardized processes and tools
