- Establish and manage international recruiting in EU and non-European markets
- Develop a global talent acquisition strategy for the group
- Conduct KPI-based performance recruiting, focusing on hire quality
- Collaborate with management, HR, and specialist departments for team building
- Co-design international employer branding
- Manage end-to-end recruiting, from needs assessment to onboarding
- Utilize international networks, job platforms, and partner agencies
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for key positions
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience worldwide
- Support the development of standardized processes and tools
