- Master's degree in Electronic, Mechanical or Management Engineering
- 5+ years of professional experience in a similar role
- Deep knowledge of the ISO9001 standard
- Experience with data-driven analytical methodologies for industrial quality
- Strong approach to continuous improvement and problem-solving
- Good communication skills in Italian and English
Aufgaben
- Support the deployment of the quality strategy
- Implement quality systems and tools
- Foster a culture of quality and prevention
- Execute robust root cause analyses
- Develop sustainable solutions to operational problems
- Review the local Quality Management System
- Identify process gaps and improvement potential
- Provide teams with clear procedural documentation
- Lead compliance audits and reviews
- Prepare audit reports with findings and risks
- Communicate audit results to management
- Assess and qualify new suppliers with sourcing
- Perform supplier audits and follow-up actions
- Monitor quality performance indicators like PPM and FPY
- Deploy the Quality Wins concept to suppliers
- Implement and update supplier site PPAPs
